All gallery proofs are compressed files suitable for viewing only. Color Correction, lighting adjustments, and cropping will occur with any order. Click on any thumbnail to enlarge the image and view order options. Only orders that are sent in (Go to Shopping Cart and click "Check Out") and paid are processed. If you are ordering pre-paid items, please add your prepaid information (EX - "Smith Wedding Package Order") and click "pick up order". Standard orders are processed in approximately 4 weeks. Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on "My Pictures" next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is "My Pictures"?
My Pictures are galleries that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order, delete them yourself, or the gallery expires.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can click "request access" to request the access code for the gallery. Access to private galleries is only granted to friends and family.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering for an account, you are able to build a list of favorites and keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. In addition, you will be able to place and view orders and access private galleries (as long as the gallery is available).

Does it cost anything to register for an account?

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in My Pictures.

How do I place an order?
First, you will need to register. Then add the item to your cart. If you have multiple images, fill the item with the images of your choice. Once your order is complete, click on "shopping cart" (top right corner). Review your order then click "Check Out" and follow the prompts until you get to the payment options. If you order has not been pre-paid, please mail your payment, or pay through paypal.

Can't I pay when I pick up the order?
Sorry, but occassionally people fail to pick up and pay for their order. Since all of our products are custom (based on your specifications), we can only process pre-paid orders.

How long will my order take?
Standard print orders take approximately 4-6 weeks for processing. We only utilize the services of professional printing companies with high standards to ensure that your photos will last. If you need your photos rushed, please select "express shipping".
Album orders consist of a multi-step proces, which includes online proofing.
Step 1 - Design - Approximately 4-6 weeks
Step 2 - Proof 1 - Waiting for customer revision/approval order
Step 3 - Revision(s) - Design is updated, approximately 2 weeks
Step 4 - Proof 2 - Waiting for final approval
Step 5 - Production - Memory/Mounted Albums: Approximately 2-4 weeks. Flush-Mount Albums: Approximately 4-6 weeks

Why do professional prints take so long when there are so many 1 hour photo services?
One hour Photo services are designed to provide you with the quickest and cheapest print possible. Your photos are individually edited, and sent out of state to some of the best printing companies available. Professional printing companies utilize special photo paper and archival quality inks that are unavailable to the general public. Our goal is quality prints that will last a lifetime - not quick, cheap, low quality prints.
